Erin Kelley
Associate
Erin is an associate whose practice specializes in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Erin has assisted clients with a wide range of estate planning needs and complexities, including those who own corporations, have family law agreements or court orders, have loved ones with disabilities, as well as those who have assets in multi-jurisdictions. She is passionate about educating clients on their options and creating holistic estate plans that consider the individual family dynamics and circumstances of each client.
Erin also has extensive experience working with estate trustees (also known as executors) after their loved one or friend has passed away, to help them gain the authority they need to administer an estate, as well as help them navigate their legal rights and obligations during an administration. Erin works with estate trustees both local and abroad, and has prepared various types of probate applications, including those with holographic Wills, no Will, security bond requirements and applications for succeeding estate trustees. Erin’s primary goals are to bring her clients reassurance and peace of mind during an otherwise challenging time in their lives.
