Law Clerk

Britney is a Law Clerk who specializes in Family Law. This includes, but is not limited to, divorce, decision making and parenting time disputes, support claims and property issues. 

She assists in drafting court documentation, maintains a high volume practice, and works directly with clients and experts.

Prior to joining the team, Britney was employed by Court Services. She has technical and practical knowledge of Family Law practices and led the Family Court office with a focus on client services and operational support.
